Senior Center 40th Birthday

Community members gathered together to honor a milestone achievement for the Phoenixville Area Senior Center.

Celebrating its 40th year in service, the Senior Center had a luncheon where town locals and politicians alike came out to show their support.

Presented with citations from the Chester County Commissioner, representatives for Melissa Schusterman and State Senator Andy Dinniman, along with the mayor himself, the guests certainly seemed to enjoy themselves!

After the proceedings, a slideshow featuring photos of the center from years past was shown, and the celebration was capped off with the cutting of a commemorative 40th birthday cake!
