2018 Community Prayer Breakfast

March 28, 2018

This year, for the 24th year in a row, the Social Concerns Committee will be holding its annual Community Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, April 7th at 8am in the cafeteria of the Phoenixville Area Middle School. All are invited to attend! Tickets are $12 each and are available by calling Joann McCracken at 610-935-1515 or Lou Beccaria at 610-917-9890.
The keynote speaker at the breakfast will be Rev. Jim Wallis, the internationally known social justice author and executive director of Sojourners, the organization that he founded over 30 years ago to speak out on various social justice issues.
At the event, two local individuals and one organization will be honored for their social justice-related work. Likewise, three students from the Phoenixville Area School District also will honored for their social justice essays.
Mark your calendars and reserve your ticket for this spiritually uplifting and very meaningful event!
