They will be leading a short, brisk walk on the Schuylkill River Trail starting at 12:30pm on April 4th. Enjoy a lunchtime walk, learn about pre- and post-workout nutrition, and receive fitness-themed giveaways! Meet at the covered bridge behind the Phoenixville Foundry and bring your friends!

The prizes are Designer Bags for Her, but the bags are packaged with items of interest to Him, like greens fees at a local golf course, sports tickets, restaurant gift certificates, etc. Some of the prizes will be Bag and Bottle.
